Our state-of-the-art production facility spans a sprawling 250,000 sq. ft. area, with 150,000 sq. ft. dedicated to manufacturing in two distinct blocks. Designed and equipped to meet EU and PIC/S standards, our facility includes specialized sections for Microbiology, Chemical, and Stability testing, all adhering to GLP norms.

We boast cutting-edge laboratories, multiple HPLC systems, and dedicated production lines featuring Rotary Washing, Depyrogenation Tunnels, Complete Filling and Sealing Lines, Sterilizing Facilities, Visual Inspection, Automatic Sticker Labelling, and Online Packing Arrangements. Our facility is powered by a 1600 KW power line, an auto-changeover DG set, and 4 UPS backup supplies for critical systems. It features centralized air conditioning with three chillers, air compressors, a boiler, and a pure nitrogen plant.

Our advanced infrastructure includes internal communication centres, 24-hour surveillance cameras, automatic biometric entry systems, proper water harvesting systems, separate ETP and STP plants, and a comprehensive fire-fighting system with smoke detection facilities.
